IDEA Services provides support to people with intellectual disabilities at home, at work, and in daily living.

We are seeking support staff to work in full time, part time, and casual positions in our residential services.

Often people with intellectual disabilities will need support to do tasks such as shopping, going out, showering, and catching public transport. The hours include weekends, evenings, and sleepovers.

Applicants will:
Remain calm in unpredictable situations
Be confident communicators
Have experience or have an interest in the disability sector
Work well in a team and independently.
A full current manual driver’s licence is essential.
